How do I return?

  • Contact us directly for return instructions

  • Follow the instructions and select the items you want to return

  • Once your request is approved, you will get a confirmation email with shipping guidelines

What items are returnable? 

Refunds and replacements can only be issued if:

  • The goods within 14 days from the date of purchase

  • The goods are in unused and resellable condition

  • The goods are in the original packaging with all the tags intact

  • The goods are damaged or defective

  • The goods were purchased directly through honeyopathy.co

We are unable to refund bottles that have been opened or if they were purchased via third party sellers. We are also unable to refund Sale items.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

  • There are certain situations where only partial refunds will be granted (if applicable)

  • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error

  • Any item that is returned more than 14 days after delivery

GIFT RETURNS

If you would like to return an unwanted gift, please note that the refund will be made to the person who purchased the goods, via the original payment method. Unfortunately, no refund or exchange can be made to the person who received the gift.

Customers are also required to pay associated shipping fees when returning an order, and are responsible for ensuring the goods arrive safely. If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item. Please take extra precautions if attempting to return bottles during the winter as we are not responsible for bottle breakages that occur whilst in transit to us.

What items are non-refundable? 

 The following items cannot be returned:

  • Gift cards

  • Discounted items (if applicable)

The item I received is damaged!

If the purchased product is faulty, reach out to us within 7 days of the delivered date.

Can the items be exchanged?

We can only exchange items if they are defective or damaged. We are unable to replace bottles that have been opened or if they were purchased via third party sellers. Once the exchange request is approved, the replaced item will be shipped to you. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

What are the refund options?

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 working days.

If you haven’t received a refund, first check your bank account again. Then, contact your credit card company as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

How do I ship back the items?

For instructions on how to ship the returned products, refer to the email received after placing the return request.

How soon will I get my refund?

Once your returned item is received and inspected, you will be notified via an email. You will also be informed about the approval or rejection of your refund request. If approved, the refund request will be processed within 5 - 7 working days after approval.
