Orders
What comes with my product order?
We love telling the story of the product through our packaging! Each product comes with an information card specific to the energy of that particular product. Perfect for gifting! We try to use 100% sustainable mailers for all orders.
What’s my order status?
You will be updated via email when your order is confirmed and again when your order is shipped with tracking information via the email you provided at the time of checkout.
How does shipping work?
Shipping is done through USPS. Shipping for 1-3 30ml (1oz) bottles is $4.50. For 4-6 bottles, we use a small flat boxes. If you are looking to place a larger order, let us know and we’ll come up with an appropriate shipping option together.
What is your processing and shipping time?
We do our best to get orders our within 24-48 hours of your order. We ship First Class and Priority Mail through USPS, which typically take 2-5 days in the continental United States.
What if I have a problem with my order?
With any order concerns, please send us an email to love@stenellafarms.com and we’ll do our best to get the situation remedied as quickly as possible.
How can I apply a coupon to my order?
In the checkout process, you will be given the opportunity to add your coupon and enjoy a discount.
What are my payment option choices?
Major credit cards like Mastercard, Visa, Discover, AMEX and Diners Club are accepted as well as Apple Pay and PayPal.
Products
Where are your products made?
All products are made at Stenella Farms in Stratham NH. 90% of the plants are harvested from our farm or wildcrafted from the property. The other 10% are sourced from neighboring local farmers here in NH. Elixers are made with local honey. When possible local alcohol based mediums are used for flower essences and tinctures.
Are your products organic?
All of the plants sourced from Stenella farms are either wildcrafted or grown organically. We believe in sharing the highest possible frequency remedies, which means we adhere to organic farming practices and never use chemicals or synthetics.
Do you have alcohol free alternatives?
Alcohol is used in our tinctures and flower essences as it is a powerful extraction medium and allows us to keep the products stable. However, we are pleased to offer all flower essences in a vegetable glycerine base. If you would like your flower essences alcohol-free, please send us an email to drkrystal@krystal-couture.com with your order number included.
Dosage
What is the recommended dosage for products?
Flower Essences - Before taking the remedy, success the bottle (tap the base into the palm of your hand) a few times. Then place 3-5 drops under the tongue, ideally during the horary time of the Yin Organ associated with the plant, as listed on your information card. The horary time is the time when the associated Yin Organ is most active.
Herbal Remedies - Herbal remedies are powerful concentrations of plant medicine. Consult your physician or herbalist before taking. Generally, herbal tinctures are taken 1-3 times per day, placing a few drops under the tongue depending on the herb and the condition.
Ritual Oils - Ritual Oils are meant for topical use only and should be applied to a small test patch of skin before being used in larger quantities. Ritual oils are best used in accompaniment with ritual or intention.
